It is illegal for unmarried men and women to do. But it is always what they wanted to do. There are often raids from police / goverment officials to prevent it. Normally people do in star hotels so that it goes unnoticed. And there are people who can help you, by informing you about arrival of police officials so that you can prepare well before they arrive. You need to pay them alot for this. It is not what you think, it is a wedding reception in Iran. Music & dancing together in reception is banned in Iran, as women has to do dance only with their husband.. alone. Now read from the beginning
